Full payment is required four weeks prior to day of arrival. This payment must include a good-housekeeping bond of £100 per house. The bond will be returned 1 week after departure, providing no damage or loss of items has occurred in the house. The guest will be charged any bank fees, which may occur from cheques, transfers, etc.
Booking cancellation is free until 4 weeks before arrival. If you decide to cancel your booking within 4 weeks of arrival, An Teach Glas must be notified immediately in writing; 50% of the fee will be refunded if the booking can be resold. An Teach Glas strongly recommends that clients should take out their own Holiday Insurance policy.
The houses may not be occupied before 4.00pm on the rental start date unless prior arrangements have been made. The houses must be vacated by 10.30am on the final day of the rental and left in a clean condition.
A non-smoking policy is in effect within each house. Ash trays are provided outside, in close proximity to each house.
Please do not wear outdoor shoes on the carpeted areas within the houses.
An Teach Glas do not accept any liability for loss or damage to personal effects, baggage,vehicle, or any other item belonging to the guest or their party.
The total number in the party should not exceed the maximum number stated for any particular cottage.
The management should be allowed access to the houses at any reasonable time during the holiday occupancy.
Guests should keep the house and all furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects in the houses in the same state of repair as at the commencement of the holiday, and should leave the house in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.
If putting party decorations up, please only stick things on door frames and doors – refrain from sticking anything to the walls.
Guests are expected to supervise their children so as they do not damage the inside or the outside of the house, the garden, or any property, and that they do not cause annoyance to other guests.
The management of An Teach Glas regrets they are unable to allow dogs onto the property and advises guests that this rule will be rigidly enforced.
The management of An Teach Glas reserves the right to terminate the rental without notice and without refund for breach of this contract.
